Tasting Notes

We riffed with Track Brewing from Manchester, England on Haze Division, a double dry hopped DIPA featuring Nelson Sauvin, Citra, Citra Lupomax, Nectaron, and Simcoe.

We collaborated with Northern Monk of Leeds, England to create Rune. You wont need to decipher anything in this IPA, just bask in the juicy dry hop of concentrated Strata CGX, Motueka, and Vic Secret hops.

Bourbon barrel aged Friends to the End is an Imperial Stout aged for 38 months in Woodford Reserve Bourbon barrels. We condition this yearly collab with @chuckshopshop on toasted peanuts, cacao nibs, and caramel.

Something is in our fruit cellar. A sour beer flowing red with the flavors of fruit punch and marshmallow. Evil Red will leave you splattered in pineapple, guava, passionfruit, tangerine, apricot, and apple purees.

So Pitted is a collaboration with old friends from the new Howzit Brewing. This fruited Gose is fermented with Li Hing Mui, that's dried and salted plum along with mango and lemon.

The disturbed sibling of Orange Creamsicle. We slashed out the hops to leave you screaming for fruit in this new strong sour brew. We used orange, tangerine, vanilla, coconut cream, and milk sugar to pull off this seasonal nightmare.
