The Sound
We have our own Great Notion estuary with two very different taprooms located in the Georgetown and Ballard neighborhoods of Seattle. The Sound is a hazy Double IPA brewed in the spirit of both. We adjusted the recipe with better results to share with this new batch that we think you will appreciate. Two early dry hops of Citra, Amarillo, and Vic Secret hops leave us with a beer fit for Seattle and beyond. The Sound is an 8 percenter that sinks down easily, and the hop combination sets a course for a squall of passionfruit, white peach, and pomelo aromas.
