DEI Statement

At Great Notion, diversity, equity, and inclusion are at the center of who we are. Our commitment to these values is unwavering. They are more than just words for us. They are guiding principles of how we build our teams, cultivate leaders and create a company that’s the right fit for every person inside of it. We are inclusive. We celebrate multiple approaches and points of view. We believe diversity drives innovation. So we’re building a culture where differences are valued.


Code of Conduct to all employees and guests

At Great Notion we:

  • Treat others with dignity and respect at all times.
  • Will not tolerate discrimination, harassment or any behavior or language that is abusive or offensive.
  • Address and report inappropriate behavior and comments that are discriminatory, harassing, abusive, or offensive.
  • Welcome all people with different experiences, perspectives and backgrounds.
  • Avoid slang or idioms that might not translate across cultures. Confront the decisions or behaviors of others that are based on conscious or unconscious biases.
  • Are open-minded and listen when given constructive feedback regarding others' perception of our conduct.

At Great Notion, we have a zero tolerance policy in place to keep our staff and guests safe. Anyone that fails to respect it will be asked to leave. All Great Notion staff have the right to refuse service to any individual. Online, we welcome engagement and productive discussions, but comments containing hate or negativity will be immediately deleted.
