 With the help of our friends at Steeplejack and Pink Boots Society, we have taken a foray into the dark side of hops. This Black IPA is an unholy union of rye malts and Chinook, Cascade, and Citra hops.

Guava Glow gets a glow up as we change directions with this beer and turn it into a new sour ale brimming with mouthwatering tropical guava.

This Bourbon barrel-aged Imperial Stout is a collaboration with Beer Zombies. The 2023 project was aged for 31 months in Buffalo Trace Bourbon barrels and conditioned on Ghana cacao nibs, maple syrup, marshmallow, and flaked cinnamon.

Stigbergets Bryggeri from Gothenburg, Sweden came to the PNW for hop selection and stayed for another collaboration. The Gulls is an extremely hazy IPA mashed with high protein malts to hit just a little heavier and set the stage for a dry hop of Strata, Galaxy, and Motueka.
