Feniks-Grodziskie (3.2% ABV)

Have you tried a Grodziskie yet? This historical beer hails from Poland, and is now enjoying a rise from the ashes with a new found interest from craft beer drinkers. Our “Grodz” Feniks earned a Gold Medal at the Great American Beer Festival for historical beer. This 3.2% abv wheat beer is brewed with pale malt and smoked wheat. For a touch of balance we leaned on the one and only Saaz hop for a spicy noble character. Feniks is carbonated to volumes unknown for a spritzy bite to live up to its nickname, Polish Champagne.
