Tasting Notes

Fury is a hazy IPA brewed for our friends at Arc'Teryx Seattle. We dry hopped this Mt. Fury inspired IPA with equally jaw dropping amounts of Mosaic, Idaho 7, and Galaxy hops to show you there is always a better way.

Epir Redrum is a killer once a year take on our Ripe IPA. This Double IPA is double dry hopped with a hoard of Citra and Citra Lupomax hops.

Knife Hits is a West Coast IPA collaboration with Ghost Town Brewing from West Oakland, CA. Don't pass on this dry hop starring Simcoe, Superdelic, and HBC 586 Cryo hops.

Cozy up with this Double IPA brewed with Galaxy and Citra hops and fermented with pineapple, passionfruit, and guava.

Drop Volley is a collaboration with our buds in Ballard, Reuben's Brews. This West Coast IPA highlights a crisp body paired with a dry hop of Citra, Simcoe, and Amarillo hops.

We combined ingredients from two of our favorite IPA's, Super Ripe and Over-Ripe. We dry hopped this DIPA with a massive amount of tropical hops, and boosted the ABV all the way to 9%. We get loads of over ripe fruits like cantaloupe, Pineapple, and Papaya.
