It’s Groundhog Day! Again. The big day in Punxsutawney is February 2nd and we are releasing our groundbreaking classic double dry hopped Groundhog Day double IPA. Tradition states that when you pull your four pack from your shipping box, if the cans cast a shadow the price of hops will rise or something like that (We're looking at you Pennsylvania). This hazy DIPA will certainly cast a shadow when you pour out this opaque stunner. Just like the portly rodent, we keep this beer extra fluffy with a grain bill of almost 60% oats and wheat. Galaxy is used at the end of the boil and in the whirlpool along with Citra and Mosaic hops. Groundhog Day is repeatedly dry hopped with Citra, Galaxy, and Nelson Sauvin so watch out for that first sip; it’s a doozy.
