DDH Empress - DDH Hazy IPA (ABV: 7%)
We have a brand new double dry hopped IPA that we are stoked to release - introducing: DDH Empress Hazy IPA. This juicy IPA is brewed with Pilsner malt, wheat, and flaked oats before it is fermented with our house yeast strain. We dry hopped Empress heavily with backbreaking amounts of Citra and Motueka hops for a very direct citrus impression. You should notice plenty of lemon and lime aromas paired with ripe grapefruit and a nice stone fruit character that holds on and doesn't let go.
