Wake and Bake - Imperial Stout (11% ABV)

Wake & Bake is an Imperial Stout collaboration with the mighty Finback Brewery and a deep dive in the study of s’mores and coffee. A black sea of dark malt and cacao nibs battle against graham cracker, vanilla, and marshmallow for the perfect squall. As for the wake bit, well coffee helps to even the old keel. It helps even more if that coffee is from Mostra and steeped into an 11% abv stout.
