For the third hour of this year's Timekeepers project we took inspiration from a beer we brewed named Ramble on Rose that was chockful of floral raspberry. The raspberry truffle became the goal for 3 PM. You'll discover a vibrant Bourbon character with notes of brut chocolate flavor and rich Comoros vanilla beans wrapped up in an immense stout base aged for 34 months in Elijah Craig 18 year old Bourbon barrels.
