BBA 2 PM - BBA Imperial Stout (13.9% ABV) 

There is no stopping the hands of time as we proceed into 2 PM, our second bourbon barrel aged Imperial Stout for the year. 2 PM waits for no one, unless you’re a Timekeeper that is. We set out to create a recipe for a very rich base beer before letting it relax in Heaven Hill and Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels for two and half years. 2 PM is a pastry procession that is now ready to strut its stuff featuring an all star line up of Ghana cacao nibs, Ugandan vanilla beans, marshmallows, and cinnamon chips.
