Rimske Pivo

The first drop of Spring means it’s time for a fresh batch of Rimske Pivo, our Czech Pilsner. This glimmering golden pils was lagered to peak smoothness. You’ll be saying “It’s fine for a lager.” before you know it. Bready Pilsner malt and floral Saaz hops make up the layers of this cake, but in our opinion the best part is the icing of beautiful snowy white foam. Without these tiny bubbles, your glass of Rimske just wouldn’t be the Noble hop aroma launcher that it is. Keep those pours Above the Rimske, otherwise your pint just looks naked.
