Pineapple Pillows is returning just in time for the holidays. This hazy IPA is bursting at the seams with juicy pineapple that pairs up with some really choice hops and the soft pillowy body. Mosaic hops take a dip in the whirlpool for their complementary pineapple character. Motueka was added twice to dry hop Pineapple Pillows adding plenty of lemon and lime notes to make the pineapple pop even harder. Of course you can’t have pineapple without coconut so we added a small amount of Sabro hops that can add a creamy coconut flavor. Pineapple Pillows is one present you might want to open a little early this year.
