Otter Milk - Milk Stout (6.2% ABV)

Conservation and craft beer are coming together to bring the Sea Otters back to the Oregon Coast. Why does that matter to you? Because otters are rad and The Elakha Alliance is hosting The Oregon Otter Beer Festival at Omsi with a friendly beer competition to raise a little coin. Here’s the deets.

Nine Oregon breweries were asked to brew an otter-centric beer made up of 50% Maris Otter malt and donate some proceeds to help the conservation efforts of @elakhaalliance for a more robust eco system at the coast. You get to vote for your favorites and drink beer at The Oregon Museum of Science & Industry on Saturday April 13 from 7:00pm -10:30pm.

As for our secret pastry weapon, we are proud to present a little something we like to call Otter Milk, an Imperial malted milk ball stout. This 6.2% whopper is flavored with sweet cacao nibs and malted milk powder. See you there!
