Luminous 03 is coming back ya. This Sour IPA with strawberry, vanilla, and milk sugar is tasting really lush at the moment. Luminous has many iterations and this is one of our favorite ones, and apparently we aren’t alone. This isn’t all about fruit and creamy vanilla though, don’t forget the Luminous beers are also IPA’s at heart. We dry hopped 03 with two notoriously lemon flavored hops, Loral and Motueka. The lemon notes of the hops work in a way to make the strawberries flavor scream out.
