Hedge Bier - Dry Hopped Pilsner (ABV: 5.8%)

Hedge Bier is our Pilsner that we dry hop with different hop varieties for each new batch. Hedge always has more of a West Coast lean to it, but outside of that there are no rules.This fresh batch of Hedgy features a crisp light body built from fine Pilsner malt and good ol’ PNW water. For some needed bitterness this foamer gets three doses of Tettnanger hops. We could have stopped there, but it isn’t a Hedge Bier unless it gets dry hopped. Hedge is heavy on the dankest Strata we could find and we added some Southern Hemi Motueka hops to keep it weird. Start your New Year off right with a Hedge!
