Elsewhere - Fruited Hazy IPA (ABV: 6.6%)
The collaborations just keep on coming. Every year, brewers descend on the Pacific Northwest to gather fresh hops and select their lots for the next year’s beers. Once the fresh hop season begins to settle down, another interesting thing happens: all of the brewers that visit don’t waste their trip and set up collaborations while visiting. Elsewhere is a collaboration with @fuerstwiacekbrew from Berlin, Germany, who we have gotten to know better over the years and have a great respect for the beers they produce.
Elsewhere is a hazy IPA that is fermented with passion fruit. We chose to dry hop Elsewhere with tropical Galaxy hops to compliment the fruit, and Sabro hops for the richer coconut notes it adds. We added more passion fruit after the beer was finished to boost the sweetness and flavor. Go somewhere over there and pick up some Elsewhere!
