Aura - Hazy IPA (ABV: 7.2%)
In our never ending search for the terminal hazy Citra hop IPA, we stumbled across another specimen of Citra in liquid form. Aura is an all Citra hop hazy IPA that also uses a unique liquid product known as Citra Spectrum. We still use just as much Citra pellets in Aura as we do with our Ripe IPA, but using Spectrum allows us to get an even more intense dry hop character without adding more of the vegetal hop pellets to the tank, and we don’t lose beer in the process. What this means for you is hyper low bitterness, enlightening aromas of peach and grapefruit, and the juicy flavors of Mandarin in a 7.2% abv IPA.
