Congratulations to those of you who were wise enough to join Timekeepers. Your first bottle this year is 1 PM, a Bourbon barrel aged Imperial Stout that was held in Blanton’s Bourbon barrels for 29 months. Chocolate Peanut Butter Cheesecake was our target for the first Timekeepers project and we think you’ll be very pleased with the results. The rich flavor of cheesecake, toasted peanuts, and Ghana cacao nibs add excessive decadence to your huge bodied beer. The dense mouthfeel sets the palate up for a slow burn so you can ponder all of the bold Bourbon notes and the eternal pastry finish.
