Information and FAQs
When will my bottle be available?

Bottles will be available every month, though release dates will vary. Look for an email from us at the beginning of each month for more information.

Pickup & Shipping Info
  • Pickup orders will be available starting on the release day for each beer. Your pickup location will be the same for each month, based on your location selection at the time of purchase.
  • Shipping is available in OR, WA, CA, NE, PA, ND, VT, NH, KY, VA, D.C., OH, and Anchorage, AK. Normal bottle shipping rates apply.
  • Shipping fees are charged for the entire year at the time of purchase.
  • Bottles are shipped via UPS Ground, and you will receive tracking information via email when your box ships. 
  • Someone 21+ must be available with proof of ID to sign for the package. Packages containing alcohol cannot be left without verification.
  • We highly recommend creating a UPS MyChoice account to track your package and sign up for periodic updates during the shipping process. UPS MyChoice provides additional delivery options if you won't be home during the delivery window, such as requesting it be held at a UPS Access Point for pickup (additional charges may apply). UPS will make three attempts to deliver your package before it is returned to us. If you have missed your three delivery attempts, please contact support@greatnotion.com for next steps.
Important Dates

Timekeepers sign up begins on 11/24 and will continue while supplies last. Slots are limited and expected to sell out.

The first bottle of the year will be available in January 2024 - check back soon for more information!

Can I change or cancel my subscription?

Timekeepers Memberships are non-refundable.

However, if you have any issues with your membership, we can accomodate certain changes. Please contact support@greatnotion.com for more help.

Policies
  • Proxies are allowed. The person picking up each bottle will just need the order confirmation with the order number
  • All membership sales are final
  • Unclaimed bottles will not be held indefinitely. The pickup window for each bottle will run for a full week. If you cannot collect your bottle in that time, please contact us at support@greatnotion.com to make alternate arrangements.
Timbercrew Points

Don't worry, Timbercrew! You can now earn points with each purchase on greatnotion.com that will be added directly to your Great Notion account. You can still add Checkins for each bottle on the app as they become available. Timekeepers membership will only be available for purchase at greatnotion.com
