Tasting Notes

Bourbon barrel aged Mad Batter is a blend of Imperial Stouts aged in Heaven Hill 12 year Bourbon barrels for 32 months. This stout is flavored with toasted almonds, toasted coconut, Mexican vanilla beans, and TCHO Ghana cacao nibs.

This hazy IPA is dry hopped to the brim with Citra, Motueka and Galaxy hops. Valar Morghulis!

In the dead of winter, the elusive Arctic wolf makes its migration in the darkness. Arctos is a cold IPA brewed with an avalanche of Citra and Amarillo hops and ready to be brought back to your den.

Black Magic Dreams is a joint effort with Obelisk Beer Co. in Astoria, OR. The juicy IPA we summoned together has a cryo hop blend added in the whirlpool for a burst of tropical fruit aroma. Strata, HBC586, and Vic Secret were used to dry hop this doomy IPA.

Made with Citra, Mosaic, and Galaxy hops, this IPA pays homage to the ongoing college football rivals in Oregon, Washington, and California.
