Tasting Notes

DDH Empress is a  Double Dry Hopped Hazy IPA with Citra, Citra Lupomax, and Southern Hemi Motueka hops.

We traded beer recipes with Other Half Brewing for our Freaky Friday series and brewed a batch of their Double Dry Hopped Vapor Ringz with Citra, Galaxy, and Nelson Sauvin hops. Lots of oats and lactose keep this DIPA extra smooth.

Slurricane is a hazy Triple India Pale Ale collaboration with our friends from Humble Sea Brewing with Passionfruit, Tangerine and Pomegranate to resemble a Hurricane!

Afterglow is back with a new recipe. This West Coast IPA has a crisp backbone from 2-Row barley and rice and loads of dank citrus aroma from Citra and Nelson Sauvin hops used in the boil, whirlpool, and dry hop.

Aura is a hazy IPA that uses an experimental hop oil along with a large dry hop of Citra and Citra Cryo. 

Pillows made of pineapple probably wouldn’t be very cuddly but they sound delicious! We added pineapple during every part of the brewing process and then dry hopped with Motueka and Sabro for a soft yet assertive hop flavor.
