Our yearly bake off with the pastry chefs at Southern Grist Brewing always means that it’s time for Blueberry Cobbler Muffin. This collaboration adds a bit of a twist to our mainstay Blueberry Muffin, and Southern Grist’s Blueberry Cobbler, for the ultimate baked good beer. We sour this wheat beer in the kettle before it is fermented with plenty of blueberry and cinnamon to compliment the baked good muffin flavor. After the timer goes off and things cool down, we dress the Cobbler up with more sweet blueberry and vanilla. Remember though that this beer is only made once a year, so you know what to do.
