This week kicks off our Summers Slammer Series, where each day we'll be dropping a beer we wouldn't be caught dead at a BBQ without! Tuesday 6/27:
Birra Sporgenza - Italian Pilsner brewed with Tettnanger, Saaz, and Saphir hops. (5.1% ABV) $17/4pack
Wednesday 6/28:
Notion Lite - American light lager brewed with Pilsner malt, flaked rice, and some Saaz hops. It's better than water. (4.2% ABV) $12/4pack
Thursday 6/29:
Aguas Frescas (Strawberry, Watermelon, Hibiscus) - Fruited Sour inspired by the classic beverage flavored with watermelon, strawberry, and hibiscus flowers. (6.6% ABV) $21/4pack
Friday 6/30:
Moment of Clarity - West Coast IPA Collabo with Cerebral Brewing dry-hopped with Strata and Simcoe hops. (7% ABV) $19/4pack
Juice Invader - Hazy IPA brewed with a massive amount of Galaxy and Vic Secret hops from Australia. (7% ABV) $19/4pack
Super Over Ripe - Fruited DIPA with ingredients from two of our favorite IPA's, Super Ripe and Over-Ripe, dry hopped with tropical hops. (9.1% ABV) $24/4pack
Single Stack - Imperial Stout that packs a lot of maple syrup flavor to compliment the Mostra coffee beans we condition this stout with. (7.9% ABV) $20/4pack
Return to Space - Hazy IPA inspired by a few of our favorite hop combinations: a dry hop of Galaxy, Riwaka, and Mosaic. (7% ABV) $19/4pack

What could be better than a 3pack of fresh bratwurst sausage, flavored with our Puffery Helles Lager, and ground mustard fermented with our Thumb Splitter WC Pale Ale? Stock up for the 4th of July…. if you can wait that long to try them. We will also be serving up food specials at NW28th and Beaverton starting Friday, 6/30 until sold out!
PasturePDX is a butcher shop in NE Portland specializing in whole animal butchery, amazing sandwiches, and much more. The hogs used for the sausage were raised by Pure Country Klingeman Family Farm, @purecountryklingeman.
