Bourbon barrel-aged Double Stack is back for the fourth time. We filled Heaven Hill Bourbon barrels with a very dense Imperial Stout 29 months ago. Once we racked this sweet oaked liquid from the barrel it was conditioned on Ghost Bear coffee beans from Mostra Coffee and maple syrup. The 2023 bottling has coalesced into a very flavorful batch with a remarkably massive body and a 14.4% ABV. 

Bourbon barrel-aged Frenched Toast is an end of the year tradition at this point. Our long running collaboration with Horus Aged Ales is also ready to take flight.This well regarded  Imperial Stout was aged in Buffalo Trace and Weller Bourbon barrels for 30 months. Of course you can’t make this breakfast in a bottle without using maple syrup, Korintje cinnamon, and Madagascar vanilla beans for conditioning.
