Over a decade ago, Great Notion dropped the Pacific Northwest’s first hazy IPAs and changed the game forever. Ten years later, we’re celebrating the only way we know how - over the top beers, good food, and the community that’s been with us every step of the way.

Join us on Saturday, June 27th at our NW 28th location for an all-out anniversary blowout featuring 40+ beers on tap, a Beastie Boys tribute band, food, games, dirty soda bar for the kids and some of the rarest barrel-aged beers we've ever released.

Every ticket sold supports Forest Park Conservancy - so you're literally drinking for a good, local  cause.

  • Early access — get in an hour before the crowd (event ends at 6pm).
  • Exclusive brewery tour — go behind the scenes with the crew.

  • Commemorative anniversary glass — a special glass so everyone knows you’re VIP.
  • A special BBA bottle to take home — we made this bourbon-barrel aged stout just for you, our most hardcore GNB fans.

This isn't your average tap list. We're pulling out everything we've been saving for this moment.

  • 10 Barrel-Aged Releases & Special Vintage Pours— heavy hitting BBA imperial stouts from our cellar. Rare bottles of barrel-aged beer we've been holding onto for years. You won't find these anywhere else. Once they're gone, they're gone forever.

  • New Limited-Edition Anniversary Brews — brewed exclusively for this milestone.

  • Throwbacks you’ve been waiting for! There’s certain unnamed beers & other beverages you’ve been asking us to rebrew for years. We are going to bring a couple of these back just for you! 

 

 

THE VIBE 

Live music from Grand Royale (Amazing Beastie Boys tribute band), DJs Ambush and Richie Deez, food trucks, lawn games, raffles, custom merch by Bleached by Josh, dirty soda bar, face painting (3:30 - 5:30pm) and five hours of the best beer we've ever made — all under one roof (and a few tents).

FAQ

Where is the event? Great Notion Brewing - NW28th Taproom, brewery and huge gated parking lot. Located at 2444 NW 28th Ave., Portland, OR 97210. 

What's included with the VIP ticket? Early access (12–1 PM), a guided brewery tour, first pours of our 10-year anniversary beer, a take home BBA imperial stout, a commemorative gold-rimmed tulip glass, priority access to rare and barrel-aged tastings, and 5 raffle tickets.

Can I buy more drink tokens & raffle tickets at the event? Absolutely. Additional tokens & raffle tickets will be available for purchase on site.

Are refunds available? No, all ticket sales are final. 

How does the raffle work?  (1) Raffle ticket is included with adult General Admission. Additional raffle tickets can be purchased at the event. VIP ticket holders receive 5 raffle tickets with their admission. Prizes TBA — but trust us, you'll want in. Winner does not have to be present to win raffle. 

What organization are you working with? All ticket sales help support Forest Park Conservancy, a nonprofit dedicated to caring for our neighboring urban forest! Go check out the Lower Macleay trail to the Witch House, only a less than 10 minute walk from our brewery! https://forestparkconservancy.org/

Parking? We highly recommend carpooling or ride sharing. If you must drive, however, our friends across the street at Accretech and Kaiser Permanente have offered their parking lots for the event. 

Is this event family friendly? Yes! There will be games, a dirty soda station, face painter, and plenty of space for the whole family.
