Twins - West Coast Pilsner (5.8% ABV)

We have an exciting collaboration ready to go brewed with Hood River’s highly regarded pFriem Family Brewers. Twins is the name of our new West Coast Pilsner. This recipe features fine European two-row summer barley fine tuned with deliberate Citra and Nectaron hop kettle additions. We dry hopped Twins with the same hops mentioned above before lagering.Twins has a brittly crisp mouthfeel with a free breadstick malt character. A decidedly Northwest bitterness goes great with New World hop aromas like Kumquat and peach blossoms.
