Rune

Rune - Hazy IPA (7.2% ABV)

For our first of three transatlantic collaborations, we summoned the help of the shepherds at Northern Monk who are producing exceptional beers in Liverpool, England. For our second time working together, we brewed a new IPA known only as Rune. This mysterious glass of haze was brewed with a lot of oats for an extra plush mouthfeel. When it came to choosing hops we agreed on using concentrated Strata CGX, Motueka, and Vic Secret hops grown in lands near and far for an IPA brimming with passionfruit and strawberry.
