Introducing Ray, a West Coast Pilsner brewed with our pals from Radiant Beer Co. in Anaheim, California. This little heater has a featherlight body and crisp mouthfeel from Portland water, extra pale Pilsner malt, and flaked rice. When it came to start hopping this lager, we went with all Citra in the whirlpool. The dry hop for Ray is set ablaze with more Citra, Strata, Simcoe, and HBC 586. Ray has it all with tropical passionfruit, pine needle aroma, tangerine, and a sticky punch of live resin flavor. Let the light in on Mother’s Day weekend with a fresh can of Ray.
