One of our favorite Pastry Stouts that we love to brew is Peanut Brother. This single mashed stout endures a long boil for a full bodied experience. We use quite a bit of Maris Otter for its deep nutty flavor, and TCHO Ghana Cacao Nibs to nail that peanut butter cup flavor. Lactose is used to add body and mouthfeel in this 9.1% stout.
