Patterns - Hazy DIPA (ABV: 8.2%)

Just a few miles or kilometers down the road from Motueka in New Zealand is another special place that produces different, but equally amazing, hops. That place is known as Riwaka. Riwaka is not only fun to say, but it is even better to drink a beer brewed with these special hops.

Patterns is our hazy DIPA dry hopped with Riwaka and Citra. We tend to use Citra in a lot of our IPA recipes because it compliments other hops so well with its juicy flavor. We occasionally use Riwaka in other beers, but we don’t hold back on it when we brew Patterns.

These hops are the offspring of Saaz and have twice the oils, mainly Myrcene which adds that “hoppy” green and herbaceous character to IPA’s and other dry hopped beers. Get it fresh!
