We have been brewing our Mandala recipe for years for the simple reason that we love extreme hop. If you are already familiar with Nelson then read less fam, but if you haven’t checked out the range of flavors from this very versatile New Zealand variety yet, don’t wait. With Mandala, you can expect plenty of juicy flavors of tropical mango, lychee and a touch of black peppercorn spiciness, but this hop also packs some similar flavors of the Sauvignon Blanc wine grape. We also back up the dry hop in Mandala with a master stroke of Strata and Galaxy hops to keep you fully entranced with this juicy hazer.
