Every year before Mardi Gras you can always count on a batch of Mamut, our Imperial Stout brewed to taste just like a liquid moon pie. Dark chocolate malts are mashed before heading into a rigorous boil to keep the base beer dense and chewy. This pastry parade doesn’t begin until cinnamon, vanilla, cacao nibs, and marshmallows finish this mammoth beer. Mamut also has an 11.8% ABV to help you laissez les bon temps rouler.
