Lemon Glow Up
Would you like to buy some cookies? Lemon Glow Up season is upon us. This hazy DIPA tastes like a glass of lemon cookies. Before the baking begins, we dry hop this hazy DIPA with Citra and Motueka to get those citrus hop oils popping. Sweet lemon puree is used to brighten things up before we go off the rails with cake batter, vanilla, and marshmallow. We use a touch of milk sugar and coconut cream to add sweetness and a richer mouthfeel. You won’t need a glass of milk for these cookies.
