HAIL! (Brujos Brewing) - DDH Hazy IPA (ABV: 8.2%)
The Autumn Equinox ushers in longer and darker nights and a new liquid spell from Brujos known as Hail. As the leaves fall and the trees become bare you can rely on Sam to conjur a new formula for a supremely Hazy Double Dry Hopped DIPA just in time for All Hallows Eve. After Citra hops were used in the whirlpool Hail got a dose of Mosaic Incognito, to add an intense Mosaic hop flavor. Hail was then heavily dry hopped with Citra and Nectaron as well as a new hop variety called Codename: Peacharine from Freestyle Hops. Peacharine is a hop worth making note of, and with its strong nectarine and lime make up, it fits right in with a Citra dominant beer. Hail Yourself.
