Guava Mochi
Guava Mochi - Fruited IPA (ABV: 7%)
Guava Mochi and the chubby Tanuki are emerging from their den just in time for this Friday’s mega drop of five classic GN beers. Dry hopping, tropical Guava, and vanilla all coalesce our favorite things into one unique beer. We use a touch of milk sugar in Guava Mochi to create a soft pillowy mouthfeel that pairs well with the full body of this fruity IPA. Mosaic, Azacca, and Motueka are three hop varieties renowned for their tropical and citrus aromas, so we chose those to dry hop with. To finish off the beer, we add a good amount of creamy vanilla to soften up that guava flavor.
