Bubble Bag - Hazy DIPA (8.5% ABV)
This is a masterpiece of hop oil extraction and an extremely hazy Double IPA mashed with the most flaked oats and wheat we’ve ever crammed into our mash tun. We used milk sugar as well to kush up the body and mouthfeel. Two early dry hops of Mosaic, Nelson Sauvin, and Motueka coax the most out of the hops, and just before packing this one off, we added in Nelson Sauvin Sub Zero hop kief.
