We're kicking off our Summer Slammers Series in style with some drool-worthy delights we dreamed up with our pals at Pasture PDX! They'll be available for pickup exclusively at our Oregon taprooms starting 6/30 while supplies last.

What could be better than a 3pack of fresh bratwurst sausage ($13), made with our Puffery Helles Lager, and ground mustard fermented with our Thumb Splitter WC Pale Ale ($5)? Stock up for the 4th of July…. if you can wait that long to try them.

If you miss out on brats or mustard to take home, we will also be serving up food specials at NW28th and Beaverton starting Friday, 6/30 until sold out!

PasturePDX is a butcher shop in NE Portland specializing in whole animal butchery, amazing sandwiches, and much more. The hogs used for the sausage were raised by Pure Country Klingeman Family Farm, @purecountryklingeman.
