Tasting Notes

Clearly Cascadian Galaxy & Pineapple is made with Pacific Northwest water, lots of bubbles, pineapple, and a light Galaxy dry hop for the perfect anytime non alcoholic refreshment.

Our stoutest Imperial Stout that tastes just like a peanut butter cup in liquid form. 

We took our classic Ripe recipe, with all Citra and Citra Cryo hops, and intensified the tropical and stone fruit notes with mango puree.

A new IPA fit for everyday drinking, generously dry hopped with Citra, Mosaic, HBC 586, and Citra Lupomax hops with clementine, papaya, lemon balm, and ripening fruit notes.

Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Crowns And Hops, this tart ale is swimming with sweet strawberry and juicy guava.
