Tasting Notes

Something is in our fruit cellar. A sour beer flowing red with the flavors of fruit punch and marshmallow. Evil Red will leave you splattered in pineapple, guava, passionfruit, tangerine, apricot, and apple purees.

So Pitted is a collaboration with old friends from the new Howzit Brewing. This fruited Gose is fermented with Li Hing Mui, that's dried and salted plum along with mango and lemon.

The disturbed sibling of Orange Creamsicle. We slashed out the hops to leave you screaming for fruit in this new strong sour brew. We used orange, tangerine, vanilla, coconut cream, and milk sugar to pull off this seasonal nightmare.

Boo Berry Muffin returns in 2023 to scare the heck out of your taste buds, brewed with Oregon blueberries and marshmallow cereal.

Palm Tree Paradise is a full-bodied sour beer with Pineapple, Passion Fruit, and Mango. The beer was conditioned on several hundred pounds of flaked coconut. Ca Caw!!

There is more than one way to get Baked. We suggest this sour brew full of strawberry, rhubarb, orange, cinnamon, vanilla, and milk sugar.
