Serpent of the Stars - Hazy IPA (7.5% ABV)

This Hazy IPA was born from our endless desire to explore new hop oil extraction techniques and ingredients, and how they impact the profile of our IPAs. What you need to know about this scaled up hazy is that we dry hopped it with Citra, Nectar, and Riwaka. After fermentation, this pit of juice vipers was dosed with an experimental hop product. Whether you like passionfruit nectar, red grapefruit, tepache, or lemon balm, you’ll sense it in Serpent of the Stars.
